Welcome to the Vodacom Bulls Supporters Club website. The following are the terms and conditions that govern the purchasing of Blue Bulls Supporter Club (BBSC) memberships from Blue Bulls. By registering for the Blue Bulls Supporters Club membership you expressly agree to be bound by these general terms and the individual terms applicable to the membership (and any other Blue Bulls offering from time to time) that you choose to purchase (collectively referred to as the "terms"). The terms shall prevail over anything to the contrary. We reserve the right to change these terms as well as the benefits, at any time effective immediately upon posting such changes on this website. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.All memberships are either sold as a package and cannot be purchased as separate products or is supplied as a free membership with all relevant terms and conditions to apply .
2.Payment:
2.1 Payment of the Bulls FULL supporter membership shall be made by means of a monthly debit order of R49 incl VAT per month
2.3 You irrevocably agree that we may debit your bank account and to provide us with valid bank account details and that you are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available in the designated account to meet all debit order payments.
2.4 In the event of any payment not being made on due date, your Bulls supporter membership benefits will be suspended, pending payment and may at our election, be cancelled.
3.All benefits are provided by third party providers. The Blue Bulls Company ("BBCO"), including its subsidiaries, directors and contractors and shall not be liable for any non-delivery by, provision of defective goods or services by or misrepresentations made by any third party provider. Further, we do not endorse any benefits included in the membership.
4.All value added benefits and vouchers have their own individual terms and conditions, which shall apply in addition to these general terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the specific terms and conditions as set out below.
5.Should you wish to redeem any benefits, you can call the help desk on 0860 021 090. You are responsible for checking the correct redemption process by visiting www.bluebullsclub.co.za. Benefits attach to a natural person who registers and no benefits are transferable.
6.Benefits are attached to the registered member and no benefits are transferable, save where you have purchased more than one membership, in which case another natural person may, subject to the registration, enjoy such benefits.
7.You agree, acknowledge, and understand that your use of our website, its content and any benefits are at your own risk. In no event will we be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind in contract, delict (including negligence), statute or otherwise arising in connection with your reliance on or use of our site or the content thereof or benefits provided, save to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law or the contrary is expressly stated.
8.We will retain records of membership purchases made by you. Such records may be archived at any time as from six months after your purchase.
9.Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed are in South African Rand only. All prices indicated as applying to membership will be inclusive of regular South African Post Office postage fees, but will be exclusive of premium or courier delivery fees which will be separately charged to you in respect of all deliveries in accordance with the specified rates. In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply.
10.The supply of Blue Bulls supporters club membership offered to you depends upon the availability thereof. We may without prior notice discontinue the availability of any benefit/s.
11.All prices indicated as applying to the Bulls memberships will be inclusive of VAT but exclusive of any other taxes and duties, which, unless otherwise indicated, will be charged separately if applicable.
12.Event and/or Benefit Cancellation Policy:
 Certain events and the provision of benefits are beyond our control and we do not warrant any event or benefit. You agree that any refund shall be solely at our discretion.
13.Security:
We shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that sensitive payment information provided to us are adequately protected. For such purposes we will implement reasonable security measures which may include cryptographic techniques to protect such information. However, we do not guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit to us or that is transmitted to you or any other person and we shall not be liable for any security breach or theft.
14.Attendance at an event may be hazardous to the health or safety of the attendees or their property. You attend events at your own risk. We are not responsible for the arrangements of any event or for your security or the security of your property in attending such event.
15.You may not subcontract, cede, delegate, transfer or assign any of your rights, obligations or duties hereunder to any other person without our prior written consent. We may cede, delegate, transfer and assign our rights, obligations and duties hereunder to any other person.
16.These individual terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference and the relevant terms implied herein by applicable law constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of our site, the membership offered and any benefits acquired there from.
17.Use of our site and membership are subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you consent to the jurisdiction of any South African Magistrate's Court. You agree that you shall be deemed to have received any notice or legal process we serve on any addresses you may provide to us.
18.We will be excused from a failure to perform or delay in performance of our obligations hereunder if and to the extent that circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent or delay such performance.
19.If any provisions hereof are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable then same shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue to be of full force and effect.
20. NFC card replacement costs:
In case of loss or damage of the member's NFC card, a total charge of R75-00is payable prior to issuing the member with a new card. Payment will be made via a debit order based on the same banking details provided.
21. Member cancellation policy:
In case of membership cancellation, the member must e-mail their request to bullssupport@2engage.co.za before the 20th of the month. If the request reaches our offices after the 20th of the month, the member's debit order for that month will in fact be processed.

BENEFIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

10% discount on match tickets
    1.This discount shall be limited to a maximum of 4 (Four) discounted tickets per game and is applicable only on tickets to matches at Loftus Versfeld.
    2.This discount shall only apply in respect of games played under Blue Bulls Company auspices.
    3.The discount shall only apply in respect of tickets purchased by visiting the ticketpros website (www.ticketpros.co.za)
    4.Please ensure that you have your Bulls membership number available when purchasing your ticket/s.

Access to the Chill Zone
1.Member will be allowed access into the supporter club Chill Zone by means of showing their member NFC card
2.Entry is on a first come first serve basis.
3.This benefit will only be available on certain specified match dates which will be communicated to the member.
4.The Blue Bulls Company cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury incurred whilst in the chill zone.
5.Benefit may be discontinued without prior written notice.

Blue Bulls travel Portal (T&C to apply following launch)
1.    You may be permitted in certain closed user groups or company customer groups to access and use the TP for no monthly fee. In such circumstances clauses 1.2 and 1.3 and 1.4 will not apply.

3.    You irrevocably agree that we may debit your bank account and to provide us with valid bank account details and that you are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available in the designated account to meet all debit order payments.

6.    All travel service providers, value added benefits and vouchers have their own individual terms and conditions, which shall apply in addition to these general terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the specific terms and conditions as set out below and the terms and conditions of all travel service providers.
7.    2Explore act as booking agents for the suppliers of the component parts of the holiday we organise, and as such, bookings for their services will form a direct contract between you and the relevant supplier, and will be subject to that supplier’s standard terms and conditions.
8.    Terms and conditions specific to Mango Plus fare:
1.    Booking changes must be done within 3 hours of the originally booked flight’s departure—failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the value of the flight.
2.    The credit card used to pay for the Mango booking MUST be presented at check-in on day of travel. Failure to do so could result in you not being allowed to check-in and flight being forfeited. 2Engage and 2Explote will not accept any responsibility for any loss or refund in this instance.
3.    If a route change is done, the higher of the already paid Mango Plus fare on the new route will be applicable. Friday and Sunday flights attract a higher Mango Plus fare, which becomes applicable if a booking is changed to these days.
4.    No minimum annual spend is required for this offering.
5.    Mango may amend the rates quoted in this proposal, based on variables such as the fuel price. Updated rates will become effective on the day of implementation with no notice to you.
6.    Mango Plus Guests to use their Mango flight boarding pass to redeem the complimentary on-board refreshments.
9.    You are responsible for checking the correct redemption process by visiting the company website who is offering you the 2Explore product and reading the information set out in this document.
10.    You agree, acknowledge, and understand that your use of our website, its content and any benefits are at your own risk. 16.    You may not subcontract, cede, delegate, transfer or assign any of your rights, obligations or duties hereunder to any other person without our prior written consent. We may cede, delegate, transfer and assign our rights, obligations and duties hereunder to any other person.

Blue Bulls Wine club
1.1.    You may be permitted in certain closed user groups or company customer groups to access and use the Wine Club (2Celebrate) for no monthly fee. In such circumstances clauses 1.2 and 1.3 and 1.4 will not apply.
1.2.    Payment of the 2Celebrate membership shall be made by means of a monthly debit order
1.3.    You irrevocably agree that we may debit your bank account and to provide us with valid bank account details and that you are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available in the designated account to meet all debit order payments, or in the case of credit payments ensure that sufficient funds are available every month.
1.4.    In the event of any payment not being made on due date, your 2Celebrate membership benefits will be suspended, pending payment and may at our election be cancelled.
1.5.    All benefits are provided by third party providers and 2Engage, including its subsidiaries, directors and contractors shall not be liable for any non-delivery by, provision of defective goods or services by or misrepresentations made by any third party provider.
1.6.    All third party service providers, value added benefits and vouchers have their own individual terms and conditions, which shall apply in addition to these general terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the specific terms and conditions of these service providers and the terms as set out below.
1.7.    After registering your membership on the 2Celebrate web site, you will be sent a unique voucher code. You are then required to register on www.getwine.co.za and utilize this site and your voucher code for purchases.
1.8.    You are responsible for checking the correct redemption process by visiting www.getwine.co.za and reading the information set out in this document.
1.9.    The terms and conditions of use of the Getwine website apply.
1.10.    You agree, acknowledge, and understand that your use of our website, its content and any benefits are at your own risk. 2.     Member cancellation policy
2.1.    In case of membership cancellation, you must e-mail their request to support@2save.co.za before the 20th of the month. If the request reaches our offices after the 20th of the month, you will debited for that month.
2.2.    On cancellation, your unique voucher code will be disabled and no further purchases can be made.
 

Exclusive Bulls Competitions
1.Member will be prompted via e-mail or SMS to enter competitions in order to win tickets/merchandise/player interaction opportunities.
2.Only members with fully paid memberships or registered free membership status will be eligible for winner selection, dependent on the individual competition terms and conditions.
3.The club cannot be held responsible for the member not receiving the communication on the competition.
4.Should the winner not be available or unable to be reached, a new winner will be drawn and notified by email or phone call.
5.Members are bound by the competitions of each competition

Exclusive player meet and Greets
1.Player appearances are subject to availability and approval by the Blue Bulls Company.
2.Blue Bulls Company is not responsible for any travel costs incurred by you and you shall be responsible for all travel related expenses

Invitation to special events - signing sessions, captains runs, etc.
1.Special events are subject to availability and to the permission of the Blue Bulls Company.
2.The Blue Bulls company cannot be held responsible for a member missing an event.
3.Blue Bulls Company is not responsible for any travel costs incurred by you and you shall be responsible for all travel related expenses



Monthly E-Newsletter
1.You shall receive a monthly member e-newsletter
2.This shall be sent to you via email by the end of every month.

NFC membership and ticketing card
1.When signing up successfully, the Bulls supporter club will post your unique member & ticketing card via SAPO within 10 - 14 working days. Your member card has an allocated membership number on the back, which would be referred to when purchasing your tickets on www.ticketpros.co.za.
2.The member card has NFC (near field communication) capabilities.
3.When purchasing your rugby tickets on www.ticketpros.co.za, your tickets will be allocated to the card, which means no printing or collecting of tickets.
4.When arriving at Loftus Versfeld stadium, there will be designated NFC enabled turnstiles (access points) which will operate on a "tap-and-go" method.


Season Ticket Holders

PREDICT THE SCORE COMPETITION

The winner must predict the exact score. If there is no winner the competition roles onto the next game. If there is no winner after 3 games, the person with the closest predicted score wins.

Competition runs from 15 September 2017 - 1 October 2017, or if the exact score is predicted sooner
